"Very poor service from their chosen courier company, twice have claimed attempted delivery but this cannot be correct as we are retired and have been home on both supposed occasions . We have been unable to get any response from the company and still await the item with the stove having been removed in anticipation. The company has all our contact information and we are not a difficult property to find with excellent parking and access."

"The recoheat is a fantastic product that starts working straight away. A jet of warm air pours into the room and we have really high ceilings so it’s a real help. It was a little tricky to install but Will was great, sent us another part and my dad was able to fit perfectly. I would say, the noise can be a little loud at the start but it does calm down and we’ve put some sound proofing around it and it’s great. Well worth the money saved. Fantastic product. Thank you."

"Bought after a lot of research, trying to circulate the heat more efficiently. Eventually went for recoheat. It was expensive but I'm very happy with the purchase. Relatively simple to install (fire cement was only extra that I needed). I decided to drill a small hole externally and fed a much longer clear pipe to our lean-to on the outside. The pump sits there, connected with a smart plug ("Alexa turn the fire fan on"). Once the fire is lit there is heat within 15 seconds and it just keeps getting better as the fire heats up. It can be loud as the hot air whistles out but we don't find it offensive. The room heats quickly so we turn it off, or if we just need heat while we're in other rooms we keep the pump running with the door open. Good choice."

"Absolutely amazing piece of equipment, no log/solid fuel burner should be due fitted without one. We have gone from the burner heating one room to the whole of the house being considerably warmer and a big reduction in the heating bills. Wish I had know about these 5 years ago."
