"Ordered skip bag using my postcode for delivery and intended pick up. Filled the skip bag. Requested pick up only to be told that there was a system error and that Mick George won't come to my address (even though I am only 10 miles away from Cambridge where there appears to be a depot). So I now have a full skip bag on my property that I need to get rid of somehow and without a serious apology. Not impressed."

"Have tried several times to order a skip - website says it doesn't deliver to our postcode, despite clearly stating it delivers to our town and the surrounding area. We've ordered a skip from Mick George before to our current address and our neighbour had one two weeks ago. Rang up only to be told by customer services that ' You have to order online', despite me saying that their website won't process my order. Not impressed."
"We have our own local business and book a skip at least twice a year - we have always been frustrated with the fact that skips get delivered quickly but can take weeks to be picked up. Tried Mick George and was really impressed - skip came on time and was collected one week later on the date promised, first thing in the morning. Even had a phone call the day before to remind us - makes a nice change from me calling up to ask daily for the skip to be taken away! Would recommend and definitely use again."
