"I am absolutely appalled by the behaviour of one of your company drivers today. They were driving recklessly on the road, repeatedly brake-checking our vehicle for no reason and undertaking other road user for the sole purpose of getting in front of us and braking checking us. To make matters worse, they were shouting abuse out of the window, behaving aggressively and completely unprofessionally. This was completely unacceptable, especially someone representing a company while driving a branded vehicle. It was intimidating, irresponsible, and could easily have caused an accident, and to make matters worse they were doing this to a car full of children. The passenger of this car was also taking pictures of said children as he was taking pictures of the passenger windows after he realised they were being filmed (I assume as an intimidation tactic). I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously and investigated properly, as no member of the public should have to experience this kind of dangerous and hostile behaviour. I would strongly urge the company to address this driver’s conduct immediately before someone gets seriously hurt. This incident occurred at around 13:43 on the M6, I have a video of the incident if it is required for any queries you may have!"
