"Overpriced and poor attention to detail. After a bird got into my house andade a mess everywhere, I hired Just Clean to do a deep clean of my house and pointed out the most important areas - they quoted me £320. They got about half of the bird’s mess on windowsills but did not have the tools to get it out of the carpet. I had to point out the windowsills a second time for them to then get only 75% of the remaining. They also failed to get about half of the spiders/cobwebs that they identified as removing as part of the deep clean. They were not considerate of my request to keep doors to the outside closed, as I have indoor cats. They were good in the kitchen and bathroom, and reasonable in the lounge. I also appreciate them being available on Sunday. Overall I’d only consider them for a normal cleaning without anything special they need to pay attention to, and only if you don’t have pets. I do want to highlight that this is my first time getting a cleaning in the UK rather than the States - so my expectation of quality of service may be higher. Edit: After seeing my negative feedback, they did offer to give me a refund or do another cleaning. They do seem like good people to offer such a thing."

"Wow! I was so impressed by the deep clean they did for us. I keep walking around my house and saying "oh my god they cleaned that too". I had parts of my home I thought were damaged and just needed to be replaced that I learned just needed a good clean. 🤯 The carpet on my stairs changed colour because they cleaned it so well. Can't recommend them enough."
