Halls Of Cambridge

"We were really pleased with the professionalism and work carried out by Sam. We called the general enquiry phone number Monday morning and Sam was here by midday. He was really friendly and immediately got to work noticing the problem. Within half an hour the gearbox was replaced and hinges adjusted. The door and lock works better than ever before. We have had problems since we moved in and now the door opens and closes like a feather. Will absolutely be calling on Halls again. Only regret is not having them come out years ago to fix before it became a problem! The team will revisit if something goes wrong after they carried out work, providing the issue is as a result carried out they will fix it at no extra cost. Fantastic service, can't give them enough stars."

"It was a very smooth transaction. Called them and Ray was able to give me a quote and a schedule for next day. Others have taken some time to give quote and one was for a next week appointment when it was just a Wednesday. Since we don't live in the property yet, they were quite understanding and managed to arrange a suitable time within the 2hrs allocated to us. And when we arrived, Ray have kindly updated me when locksmith was on his way to the property which was not far. And Dominic was so polite and professional; did the garage lock change for just a few minutes at a very good cost!! They are very trustworthy and I am definitely hiring them for all my locks change in next few months. I truly would recommend them."

"All the individuals here are personable and nice without doubt, but £90 for a 5-minute call out from 5 or 6 streets down from a bloke who doesn’t have any parts with him?! (Even the bloke told me I should have been told that this was the price before the sent him out.) What a con! Why rob a bank when you can make more running a locksmith’s?"

"Fantastic company. Rang about a stuck closed door with knackered lock which I thought would be a big headache even for these professional locksmiths. The friendly gentleman on the phone told me they could be there a bit later the same afternoon which was perfect, even better a very helpful man arrived no more than an hour later and went straight to work, the door proved no challenge for him and he left it working even better than it did when I first moved in and had it all done in super fast time. If you’re looking for a locksmith definitely use these guys as they are friendly, honest and very hardworking."

"Great job! Copied my hard-to-find non-UK Yale key after five different shops and online said it couldn’t be done. Amazingly helpful: hunted down the right blanks in just 48 hours when everyone just gave up. Half the price on “that T brand” per key copy. Would give six stars if possible."
