EA Surveyors

"We really valued Chris’s input during our current purchase of a Victorian property. Given the properties age and extensions EAsurveyors conducted a level 3 survey. We wanted a chartered builder surveyor with an MRICs qualification and Chris was the same price as others with lower qualifications. Chris was very thorough during the survey with photos included to demonstrate issues and has been v useful answering our questions post-survey over phone and emails. We definitely recommend them. Thank you!"

"Chris at EA conducted the survey on the house we purchased and I could not be more impressed or delighted with the level of service we received. The survey was incredibly thorough and Chris gave a lot of his time to talk through in great detail all that about which we had questions. He even popped back into the house to have another look at something after it had been remedied to check that the fix had sufficiently addressed the concern raised in the initial survey. I will definitely be recommending Chris and EA to anyone who asks."

"Communication has been quick, clear and professional. Chris is very helpful in answering our questions. Survey report was done quickly after inspection, and the report was written in great detail which helped us to make a decision on a house purchase."

"The survey provided by Chris was really thorough, and he took time to show us all of the issues he had identified, when we arrived at the end of his survey. He also replied really quickly to extra queries we had in the weeks after the survey. We chose Chris because he was competitively priced and was able to perform the survey at short notice - we're really pleased with his service and would highly recommend."

"We were very happy with our experience with EA Surveyors. They offered a market-competitive price and completed the survey earlier than planned, delivering it within 10 days of our initial enquiry. Chris was knowledgeable, responsive, and answered the additional questions we had about the survey findings. We would recommend EA Surveyors to anyone planning a house survey."
