Cambridge Loft Conversions

"Family home, 3 bed semi, wraparound extension and loft conversion. We had a very positive experience with Wallace and would recommend highly. High quality work, completed on schedule and within the expected budget. All of the team were very hardworking, friendly and professional. They managed all aspects of the build, their subcontractors and ourselves the clients expertly, navigating the inevitable challenges in a positive and proactive manner. Our sincere thanks to you all for your personal and diligent efforts."

"Wallace build undertook a stunning loft conversion and first floor extension on our 1900s property in Cottenham Cambridgeshire. They took great care from start to finish, they was extremely communicative with amazing attention to detail. From Nick’s first visit to discuss options & quote , to Jak starting the work & conquering any problems arising, giving us up-to date updates and efficiently of sorting any of issues. Not to forget Dan & Oli finishing everything internally & externally. The guys are all brilliant, super friendly & super efficient in terms of getting work done! All the sub-contractors behaved as Wallace did, super efficient, friendly, courteous & too super high standards. My partner was most worried about having builders in our home for months and not feeling comfortable, but we can confidently say, my self, my partner and our children enjoyed them working and we felt at ease knowing it was them working on our home and doing a great job! I would not hesitate to reccomend Wallace build and we can’t wait to have them back to do our downstairs extension."

"We used them once for our attic extension and then again a few years later for a large double storey kitchen and first floor bedroom build. On both occasions they finished on time and on budget. We were very happy with the results and still get pleasure every day from what they built for us! Total life changer! We now have a beautiful open plan kitchen with a side utility room and triple glazed bifold doors which allow a natural continuation into the garden"

"The wonderful Dan arrived tasked with an extensive jobs list … hall, stairs, WC, replace all the internal doors and create extra storage! We are delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for all building projects big or small 😊"

"Highly recommended for quality and professional home renovation building projects. We have used Wallace for two major projects on our family homes and each time have been overwhelmed and impressed with the quality, attention to detail and efficient and personal service they provide. Wallace have been extremely accommodating to our needs and helped transformed our properties (a Victoria terrance and a 1920's semi) to become spacious and modernised homes, finished on time to a high standard and within our budget. We would recommend Wallace to anyone who’s looking into a loft extension or home renovation – you may have to wait to join the queue, and your house will be transformed to the home of your dreams."
