Apollo Damp & Timber Decay Specialists Ltd

"I cannot recommend Apollo Damp and Timber highly enough. From my very first contact, Kelly was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process. After contacting several other companies and experiencing long delays, complicated booking processes, and slow communication, Apollo was great. Other companies were quoting waiting times of up to a month, asking for payment before even confirming an appointment, and then taking days to get back to me. In contrast, Kelly arranged everything incredibly quickly. My survey was booked within an hour, and the appointment took place within just seven days. Aaron was also excellent, I genuinely felt that he wanted to help rather than simply complete a job. They understood that I was working to tight deadlines and went above and beyond to provide the report as quickly as possible. It is rare to find a company that combines such professionalism with such genuine care for its customers. Thank you, Kelly and Aaron, for making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier."

"Apollo did a brilliant job 14yrs ago, and issued a 30 year guarantee. A problem has arisen and... They can't find the guarantee! Edit. Aaron found the guarantee and the problem ( which wasn't under the guarantee) has been solved. Thank you Aaron and the crew."

"I recently needed a PCA-registered damp and mould report for a mortgage lender and got in touch with Apollo Damp & Timber Decay Specialists Ltd. Aaron made the whole process really easy from the start and arranged the inspection quickly. Iris carried out the visit and produced a clear, detailed report with a fast turnaround, exactly what was needed. When my lender asked for a follow-up and updated report, Aaron was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to meet my tight deadline. The service throughout was professional, efficient and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Apollo and will definitely use them again if needed."

"Came back after 10 years to address new damp issues. Reinjected walls and made good. Aiden gets the job done and makes sure everything is spotlessly clean once they've finished. Good work."

"Just bought a house with some damp in the dining room that supposedly came with an Apollo damp proofing guarantee. Having spent 2 months trying to contact them I have finally had my call answered to be told I must send a cheque for £180 before they will come and survey to do work that is under warranty. Absolutely ridiculous - 100% stay away from this company."
