"I would highly rate Adrian. My house window was not closing properly, so I contacted Adrian on a Saturday morning. He responded straight away, asked for a few photos of the issue, and arrived within an hour. Adrian quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent, and his pricing was very fair and reasonable. What I appreciated most was his professionalism and the fact that he is genuinely a friendly guy. He made the job look very simple to us, even though there was quite a bit of work involved, as he needed to detach and realign the window. His skill and experience were clearly evident throughout the repair. One small gesture that really stood out was when I was making the payment. I did not have the exact change, so I gave him five £1 coins to make 5 pounds . He kindly handed the coins back to my toddler and said it wasn’t necessary. That simple act reflected the kind of friendly person he is. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would happily use Adrian again. I will also be recommending him to our housing eatate WhatsApp group, as I am confident others will appreciate the same excellent service. We managed to arrange an appointment very easily for him to come and check the window size, and shortly after his visit, he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. Once the glass arrived, he came to fit it within a day and completed the job in just 15 minutes. He also kindly offered to dispose of the old glass for me, which I really appreciated. "Happy with my new windows from AMD. They spent time doing a thorough client consultation and recommending the best windows for my needs, and the result is exactly what I expected. Having new windows does change a lot,from the traffic noise reduced to 0, to keeping the room temperature and even saving electricity. The room is less damp since having them as well. "We used AMD Windows services to replace a smashed window pane in our bifold doors at our rental property. I was really impressed with the service that Adrian provided. We live abroad and he liaised with our tenant and provided updates to me with photos at each stage. He boarded up the window and managed to order and fit the replacement glass before Christmas.
