Ambassador Bathrooms & Wetrooms

"A poor and upsetting finish. After coming back on two occasions to attempt to make good of terrible work they blocked our numbers as they were not able to bring it up to standard. Withheld our house key from us over the Christmas period and I had to get it back off his son months later. Fitted the bath panel with film still on, came to redo it and scratched it, ordered another one and then never came to fit it. I would advise against using these people. Unprofessional and not capable of doing an acceptable job in our bathroom."

"We as a family have used Ambassador Bathrooms several times over the years. All works carried out to the highest standards and always in a professional timely manner. Communication second to none and they’ve always been accommodating when we’ve been in need. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone ."

"Sam and his son Jordan have made a splendid transformation of our bathroom to include a walk-in shower. From the planning of all the components, their ordering and supply, the fixing and finishing and clearing up each day, they proved reliable, efficient and competent. They kept to their quotation even though unexpected joist work was encountered. They came on time and finished on time. We will certainly use them again."

"I cannot recommend this company. Sam demanded payment before the job was finished and then blocked our numbers when we had paid. We later found that the work he had completed was shoddy and we have had to spend a lot to get the issues he caused fixed. We found him to be unprofessional."

"What an amazing bathroom make over we just had from Sam, Workmanship was top notch, works started and was completed within the agreed time. very professional and very tidy works. Highly Recommended! Thanks Sam Dian & Kearon"
